Walnuts are versatile and can be used as a snack, a meat crumb, or raw or candied in a salad. They are also great for sweets including biscuits, slices & smoothies. Walnuts can be incorporated into almost any meal! Our range of recipes will help you on your way

Serves 2

1 chicken breast cut into 2-3 slices
(horizontally) depending on thickness
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of mixed herbs
1/2 cup of pecorino cheese, grated
1 cup of walnuts, finely roughly chopped
1 cup of plain flour
Egg mixture = 1 egg mixed with 3 tablespoons
of milk
20 grams of butter
1/3 cup of olive

Preparing the Walnut-Pecorino crumb coating, you will need to have 2 flat plates….

Makes 26 cookies

230 grams unsalted butter
210 grams of white sugar
135 dark or brown sugar
2 eggs (approx 100 grams)
300 grams plain flour (sifted)
40 grams Cocoa
35 grams walnuts, roughly chopped
1 teaspooon of bi carb soda
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
100 grams white choc chips
100 grams milk choc chips
140 grams dark choc chips

First, preheat oven at 170 C and line 3 baking trays….

100 gms walnuts
300 gms cherries pitted and halved
165 gms all-purpose flour
130 gms + 2 tbsp granulated sugar, divided
265 gms dark chocolate, chopped
150 gms unsalted butter, cut into pieces
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 eggs
2 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

Makes 12

1 cup chopped walnuts
3 cups self-raising flour
1 cup caster sugar
½ teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
½ cup dried cranberries
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind
½ cup vegetable oil
24 walnut halves, for garnish

300 g dark chocolate, chopped
375 g tin condensed milk
2 tablespoons molasses
300 g walnuts
125 g chopped dates

125 ml whipping cream, at room temperature
200 g dark chocolate, chopped

1 cup chopped toasted walnuts
200g dried apricots, finely chopped
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
100g dark cooking chocolate, melted, if desired

Place the walnuts, apricots and condensed milk in a large bowl…

2 bunches baby carrots, peeled and trimmed
25g unsalted butter
½ teaspoon walnut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
