*1/3 cup of water
*1 Tablespoon ground cumin
*2 Tablespoon fresh coriander
*2 cloves garlic
*1/4 teaspoon of ginger or fresh ginger, grated
*2 Tablespoon of soy sauce
*4 Tablespoons of olive oil
400 grams lentils
(Fresh lentils need to be soaked overnight
& cooked OR use 1x 400 gram canned lentils)
**Reserve 1/3 cup lentils
80 grams walnuts, toasted & roughly chopped
Olive oil for frying
½ avocado, sliced or mashed
Tomato, cucumber slices & lettuce leaves
