2 cups rye flakes or rolled oats
1/2 tbsp dried lavender
1/4 cup tbsp Pepitas
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/2 – 3/4 cup Australian walnut halves
Fresh blueberries and your favourite milk to serve
1. Mix together the dry ingredients and store in a glass jar for the week ahead!
2. For a nutritious breakfast fast, serve with fresh berries and milk or yoghurt.
