Snacking Board

Cured meats
Mix of hard and soft cheeses such as blue, goat, brie, manchego, cheddar
Mixed olives
Aussie Walnuts
Whole grain bread
Seedy crackers
Stone fruit such as pears, plums or peaches
Dried fruit such as sultanas apricots
Woody herbs such as rosemary or thyme, to finish

On a large chopping board or serving platter, arrange meats and cheeses on opposite sides of the platter. Pour olives and walnuts into small bowls and place on the platter. Fill in the gaps with bread, crackers, fresh and dried fruit. Tuck herbs into any tiny gaps to fill the board. Serve immediately.
