Glowing Skin Smoothie

1/4 cup Aussie walnuts
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1/4 cup pitted dates
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups coconut or soy milk
1 cup ice cubes

In a blender, purée all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
