Chocolate and Walnut Gluten Free Brownies

200 grams of unsalted butter, chopped
100 grams good quality dark chocolate, chopped
100 grams good quality milk chocolate, chopped
170 grams brown sugar
3 eggs, approx. 150 grams
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
130 grams gluten free plain flour (sifted)
15 grams cocoa powder (sifted)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 walnuts, chopped roughly
Preheat the oven at 170C degrees
Prepare a baking tin approx. 30cm x 21cm lined with baking paper.
In a pot add butter, chocolate and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Transfer to a heatproof bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and gently stir through with a wooden spoon until all combined. Pour brownie mixture into baking pan.
Bake for 25 – 35 minutes, let it cool in tray. Once cooled, take out and cut into squares.
Serve with fresh raspberries or on it’s own
