Walnut, banana, wheatgerm & honey shake

Serves 4

Walnut, banana, wheatgerm & honey shake1/2 cup walnuts
3 bananas, chopped
1/4 cup wheatgerm
1/4 cup honey
1 cup thick Greek style yoghurt
3 cups orange juice
1 tablespoon rosewater (optional)
1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts, to serve

Put 1 cup of the walnuts, the bananas, wheatgerm, honey, yoghurt and orange juice in a blender. Blend until well combined and smooth. Add the rosewater if using.

Pour into serving glasses and serve with the chopped walnuts on top.
